Devin Richards: 5 months

Well I am back from WPPI and it is soo nice to be home! The show was amazing and I met so many great photographers and I am definitely looking forward to next year.

So I am a little late on posting this since Devin is now 6 months, but better late then never I suppose. We did these shots at my brothers house using my favorite type of light....natural window light. Stay tuned for 6 month shots soon!

I just realized that I have been shooting an awful lot in portrait orientation...no idea why! Hope you liked them!

Off to WPPI

Well folks, I am off to WPPI in exactly 12 hours! This will be my first time attending and I think it will be a great opportunity for me to network with other amazing potographers and learn as much as I can from all of the various seminars. It should be tons of fun and I am definitely looking forward to it!

Walling & Maertz Engagement

Engagement season is upon us, so expect many engagement session posts in the near future! Yesterday I headed down to Laguna Beach to do a session for a really great couple of mine. We had access to a private beach, so we took advantage of it and avoided the crowds on such a beautiful day. I love Laguna because of all the cliffs and rocks they have....I can't find anything like this where I live! Check out a few of my favorites from the day.

Lori + Tom + baby Chance: Pregnancy

Sunday was a beautiful day here in southern California, so we decided to take a stroll to my favorite local beach to do a portrait session for my girlfriends sister, Lori. Lori is almost 9 months pregnant, so they wanted to get some photo's taken before she's due. Be sure to check back for pictures of the little guy once he arrives!
